Sirloin Bake 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 pounds sirloin tip roast cut into strips or, beef stir fry 1 envelope onion soup mix 2 cans mushrooms, sliced or, fresh mushrooms - 2 or 3 cups 1/2 green pepper, sliced 1 16 oz. can tomatoes or, 1 can mushroom soup 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 Tablespoon A-1 Steak Sauce 1 Tablespoon cornstarch 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley Line a 9x12 baking pan with aluminum foil. Spread with the mayonnaise. Layer the meat, soup mix, mushrooms and green pepper in pan. Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid, and arrange them over top. Or mushroom soup, if using. Pour the reserved tomato liquid and the rest of the ingredients over top and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 and 1/2 hours. Good served with rice.
