Beef Flavored Sauce

2 to 3 teaspoons dry Beef OXO mix
2/3 cup boiling water

1 teaspoon cornstarch
small amount of water to moisten

Mix the OXO and boiling water together and 
stir well.
Mix the cornstarch with just enough water to 
moisten and stir to prevent lumps.
Pour the OXO mixture into a small pan on
the stove, and bring to a boil.
Add the cornstarch mixture all at once and stir 
until thickened.

Good served over meat or mixed into cooked 
hamburger.  
The hamburger mix is good served on potatoes.
