Monte Cristo Sandwiches Cut Kraft Light Swiss Cheese into slices. Spread dark pumpernickel bread with margarine; top each with 1 slice of ham and 1 or 2 cheese slices. Top with second slice of bread. Beat 4 eggs and pour into shallow dish. Dip each sandwich in egg and grill in hot frying pan which has been greased with non-stick cooking spray, until cheese melts.
