Meatball Hero Sandwiches 1 pound lean ground beef 1 egg, beaten 1/4 cup milk 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs 2 Tablespoons minced fresh parsley 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil 1 30 ounce jar spaghetti sauce 6 crusty rolls, split and toasted 6 slices mozzarella cheese In a large bowl, combine meat, egg, milk, bread crumbs, and seasonings. Shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. In a large skillet, brown meatballs on all sides. Drain fat. Add spaghetti sauce. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Fill rolls with sliced meatballs. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees F. or until cheese melts.
