Canned Fruit Crumble 2 14 oz. cans sliced peaches, drained 1 14 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained 1 14 oz. can pear halves drained, and sliced 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup oatmeal 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 to 1/2 cup cubed butter or margerine Place fruit in an 8x8 baking dish. Combine the flour, oatmeal, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the butter or margerine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 375 F. for about 30 minutes, until the topping is crisp and golden. Serve warm. Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
