Chicken Rice Casserole 4 boneless chicken breasts 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice 1 package of dry onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 1/2 cups hot water Heat oven to 350. Put rice in casserole dish. Add hot water. Place chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle dry soup mix over chicken. Spoon mushroom soup over. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, or until chicken is cooked. *This recipe may also be used with other meats and soup combinations, such as hamburger, and cream of celery soup. If using sausages, cook them first, before adding to recipe.
