The links on these 2 pages are worth a visit, if you want to make your own web site.
If you use graphics most designers will ask that you acknowledge their work, so provide a link back to their site, so others can visit there if they wish.
Never, never, never link to the designs at their sites, for use on your pages. Always store the graphics on your own site. If you don't know how, email the graphics designer - they will be happy to help you.
Sites that don't allow you to use your back button to return to where
you were before, and sites with too many ad windows springing up will not be found
